Allah, the Most Merciful, bestows grace and prosperity on all of His creatures.

Without favoritism.

Be it humans, animals, and plants, Allah has determined their sustenance.

So that Allah has the beautiful name Ar-Rohmaan.

That is, Most Merciful.
